Registered Dental Assistant

We are seeking a motivated, dependable, and patient focused Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our growing specialty practice. We have locations in Bellevue and Nolensville, TN.

Position Options

Full-Time RDA – Bellevue & Nolensville

• Full-time position
• Must be willing and able to travel between our Bellevue and Nolensville locations as needed
• Assist the doctor with endodontic procedures and patient care
• Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment
• Take and process dental radiographs and assist with imaging
• Sterilize and maintain instruments and equipment
• Review and document patient information accurately
• Provide excellent patient care and help patients feel comfortable throughout their visit
• Assist with clinical and administrative duties as needed

Part-Time RDA – Nolensville

• Part-time position based exclusively at our Nolensville location
• Assist with patient care, procedures, sterilization, imaging, and daily clinical duties

Qualifications

• Current Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification/license
• Dental assisting experience preferred
• Endodontic experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced specialty dental environment
• Must provide compassionate and professional patient care

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
