Registered Dental Assistant

We are looking for a reliable, motivated, and positive dental assistant to join our growing practice.

We are open to someone who may not have extensive experience but is eager to learn, takes direction well, and wants to grow their skills and career in dentistry. The right person does not need to know everything on day one. We value attitude, dependability, curiosity, and a willingness to learn.

You will have the opportunity to learn our systems, develop your clinical skills, and grow alongside the practice. You will also be rewarded with bonus for your hard work.

Responsibilities may include:

• Assisting the dentist during dental procedures
• Preparing and breaking down treatment rooms
• Instrument sterilization and infection control
• Taking dental X-rays and other diagnostic records as permitted
• Preparing materials and instruments
• Maintaining organized and stocked operatories
• Helping with lab cases and clinical tasks
• Providing a welcoming experience for patients
• Learning and following the practice's clinical systems and protocols

Experience:
Previous dental assisting experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate. We are willing to train someone who demonstrates the right attitude, work ethic, reliability, and desire to learn.

Pay: $24.00 - $29.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24.0 – 36.0 per week
