About the Role

We’re seeking a dependable, experienced Dental Assistant to support our doctors in general dentistry, with some endodontic and oral surgery procedures. You’ll help keep the clinical day running smoothly while making patients feel comfortable, informed, and cared for.

Responsibilities

• Assist with fillings, crowns, bridges, and some root canals and extractions.
• Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials.
• Take dental X-rays and assist with digital scans within your training and qualifications.
• Assist with CAD/CAM and CEREC workflows, as trained.
• Update medical histories and document treatment accurately in Dentrix Ascend.
• Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control standards.
• Reinforce treatment and postoperative instructions provided by the doctor.
• Coordinate with teammates to keep appointments running efficiently.
• Help maintain clinical supplies, equipment, and organized workspaces.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous dental assisting experience, preferably in general dentistry.
• Appropriate dental assisting and radiography credentials for the duties performed.
• CAD/CAM and CEREC knowledge or experience preferred.
• Dentrix Ascend experience is a plus.
• Strong organization, communication, and attention to detail.
• Someone who anticipates the doctor’s needs, supports teammates, and puts patient comfort first.
