We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, anticipates the doctor’s needs, and genuinely enjoys helping patients feel confident about their smiles.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of dental assisting experience required
• Experience using Curve Hero dental software
• Proficient in four-handed dentistry and chairside assisting
• Comfortable with digital dental scanning and modern dental technology
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Professional, polished, friendly, and confident demeanor
• Self-starter who takes initiative and thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Passionate about oral health, cosmetic dentistry, and patient education
• Team player who is organized, dependable, and eager to learn
• Someone who brings positive energy and enjoys being part of a fun, social, and growing practice

Your Responsibilities

• Assist the doctor during cosmetic and general dental procedures
• Provide efficient, confident four-handed chairside assistance
• Perform digital scans and assist with restorative and cosmetic workflows
• Help create a seamless, personalized patient experience
• Maintain excellent clinical standards, sterilization, and operatory readiness
• Communicate clearly with patients and help them feel comfortable and informed
• Work collaboratively with the team to keep the schedule running smoothly
• Contribute to our positive office culture and growing practice

Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour
