Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)

We are seeking an experienced dental assistant to join our team in Nashville, Tennessee. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a dental office, and be familiar with all aspects of dental assisting, including chairside assisting, taking X-rays, and sterilization. We are looking for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Essential to the position is a passion for patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the dentist during procedures
• Take dental X-rays, photographs, and intraoral scans
• Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment
• Prepare and maintain dental materials and supplies
• Interact respectfully and compassionately with patients
• Perform general office duties as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Graduation from an accredited dental assisting program
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• At least 2 years of experience in a dental office
• Knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and materials
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
