Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)

Elite Endodontics is looking for a dependable, compassionate, and motivated Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team! We are a specialty endodontic practice dedicated to providing exceptional patient care in a professional, welcoming, and supportive environment.

New to endodontics? No problem! We are happy to train the right candidate who has a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a desire to learn. Whether you have experience in specialty dentistry or are looking to expand your skills, we encourage you to apply!

What You'll Do

• Assist the endodontist during consultations, root canal treatments, retreatments, and other endodontic procedures.
• Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and follow infection control protocols.
• Obtain dental radiographs and assist with advanced dental imaging as needed.
• Review patient medical histories and prepare patients for treatment.
• Help patients feel comfortable by explaining procedures and providing reassurance throughout their visit.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and document treatment information in the practice management system.
• Monitor and maintain dental supplies, instruments, and equipment.
• Communicate professionally with doctors, team members, patients, and referring dental offices.
• Maintain a clean, organized clinical environment and help keep the daily schedule running smoothly.
• Follow OSHA, HIPAA, and applicable dental regulations and office protocols.

What We're Looking For

• Current Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) credential or applicable Tennessee dental assisting credentials.
• Previous dental assisting experience is a plus, but candidates with no prior experience, including new graduates, are encouraged to apply!
• Endodontic experience is not required. We are happy to train the right candidate who is motivated and eager to learn.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work well with a team.
• Dependability, punctuality, and a professional approach to patient care.
• Ability to adapt in a fast paced clinical environment.

Schedule & Locations

• Schedule: Monday–Friday
• Available schedules: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM or 8:30 AM–4:30 PM
• Locations: Bellevue and Nolensville, TN
• Must be willing to work at either office as needed.

Pay: $20.00 - $32.00 per hour
