Registered Dentist

Access Care Health is seeking a Dental Hygienist / Oral Health Professional for our Cebu-based Clinical Operations team. This is a fully corporate, non-patient-facing position focused on applying oral healthcare knowledge to quality, compliance, documentation, training, and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide knowledge and support related to preventive dentistry and oral health.
• Assist with clinical documentation and quality reviews.
• Support dental hygiene SOPs, protocols, and checklists.
• Assist with claims-related documentation workflows.
• Support infection control, PPE, sterilization, sharps safety, and clinical safety processes.
• Learn relevant OSHA and US healthcare requirements.
• Support dental hygiene equipment, instruments, materials, and supply research.
• Develop training and educational resources.
• Cross-train with US clinical professionals.
• Learn healthcare software and documentation systems.
• Participate in clinical quality and process improvement projects.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a relevant dental hygiene, oral health, dentistry, or related healthcare program.
• Relevant professional credentials are preferred where applicable.
• Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
• Clinical or corporate experience is not required.
• Good understanding of oral health and infection control principles.
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn US healthcare operations and systems.
