What they need

Job duties include:
Creating care plans based on nursing recommendation and client need
Training kitchen staff to create correct and consistent food consistency for puree, minced/moist meals
Training kitchen staff for food and kitchen safety
Collaboration with caterer for menu planning
Knowledge of CACFP (Child and Adult Care Food Program) is helpful
