What You’ll Do

• Complete nutritional assessments and care plans
• Recommend and monitor individualized nutrition interventions
• Support QAPI efforts for dining, food service, and cost management
• Be the nutrition expert during state and federal surveys
• Work independently while having a full support system behind you

What We’re Looking For

• Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) or Dietetic Technician Registered (DTR)
• State licensure (or eligibility)
• Long term care experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication skills and a passion for improving resident well-being
