What they need
- Monitor and maintain building electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and other facility systems.
- Conduct regular inspection of equipment and building facilities.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Troubleshoot equipment and facility-related issues.
- Coordinate with technicians, contractors, and service providers for repairs and maintenance.
- Monitor utility consumption and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with safety, maintenance, and building regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment status, and incidents.
- Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and emergency situations.
- Prepare maintenance reports and recommend necessary repairs or improvements.
- Supervise and provide technical guidance to maintenance personnel.
- Perform other engineering and facility-related duties as assigned.
