Registered Electrician

BME Taupo is looking for two experienced Electricians or fourth year apprentices to join our busy, friendly team. This is a hands-on, all-rounder role with plenty of variety — no two days are the same. You’ll manage your own workload, work across a wide range of equipment and environments, and enjoy genuine work–life balance with no weekend work.

About the Role
You’ll be working across residential and commercial sites, carrying out:

• Moves, adds, and changes
• Fault-finding and servicing
• Installations and upgrades You’ll also be servicing and repairing:
• Commercial kitchen equipment
• Coffee machines
• Automatic doors Other key parts of the role:
• Managing your own day and workload
• Providing excellent on-site customer service
• Participating in a call-out roster
• Receiving in-house or supplier training where required What We’re Looking For
• Qualified, experienced Electrician (essential)
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Confident working across residential and commercial environments
• Great customer focus and communication
• Able to work independently with an all-rounder mindset
• Must be currently in New Zealand with the legal right to work What We Offer
