Be a catalyst for student growth and success! As a Registered Guidance Counselor, you will play a vital role in shaping students’ academic, personal, and career development through counseling, assessment, and well-designed guidance programs.

🚀 What You’ll Do

• Lead and implement Guidance Unit programs, including seminars, workshops, and student development initiatives
• Provide individual and group counseling (intake, exit, academic, and behavioral) while coordinating with parents and stakeholders
• Monitor student cases, manage records, and prepare reports and documentation
• Supervise Student Support Group activities and assist in program execution
• Collaborate on testing programs, interpret results, and support research initiatives

✅ What We’re Looking For

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or Guidance & Counseling
• Master’s Degree in Guidance & Counseling
• ✅ Registered Guidance Counselor (RGC) – Required

Experience:

• At least 3 years of relevant experience

• Strong foundation in counseling principles, ethics, and psychological testing
• Research-oriented and detail-driven
• Passionate about student development and well-being
