What we're looking for:

• A strong and proven track record as a Home Manager within elderly care
• A history of delivering excellent quality and compliance outcomes (CQC Good or above)
• A genuine passion for creating outstanding resident experiences
• The ability to build, develop, and retain high-performing teams
• A commercially aware leader who understands occupancy, budgets, and performance
• Someone who thrives in a luxury, service-led environment and takes pride in standards
• Nurse qualified / NMC PIN preferred
