▪ Make sure care is person-centred, using individual support profiles, meaningful occupation and least-restrictive practice
▪ Own the home's CQC readiness, including governance, audits, action plans and evidence against the Single Assessment Framework
▪ Work with families, commissioners and multi-disciplinary teams across Dudley, Sandwell and Birmingham
▪ Manage occupancy, budgets and staffing to keep the service safe and sustainable
What we're looking for
▪ RMN qualification strongly preferred, or substantial senior experience in complex dementia or behavioural care settings
▪ A proven record as an effective team manager who leads from the floor and turns teams around
▪ Direct experience of CQC inspections, ideally with a track record of achieving or improving ratings
▪ Sound knowledge of the Mental Capacity Act, DoLS/LPS, safeguarding and positive behaviour support
▪ Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or willingness to work towards it)
▪ Ability to register with CQC as Registered Manager
What we offer
▪ Salary

▪ Investment in specialist training, including PRICE (RRN-certificated) restraint reduction
▪ A real voice in developing our specialist dementia model of care
Pay: £40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
