Alexandra Rose Care Home is seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Home Manager to lead our home into its next chapter. Responsibilities will include:

• Providing strong leadership to deliver outstanding residential care
• Ensuring a full compliance with CQC and all other regulatory requirements
• Enhance ongoing quality, governance and continuous improvement
• Supporting and developing a multi-disciplinary team to achieve excellence
• Managing occupancy and staffing
• Maintaining excellent relationships with resident families, professionals, and representatives from regulatory bodies
• Maintaining effective and clear communication
• Ensuring the safety of our residents with regular risk assessments and implementing and maintaining appropriate safety measures as appropriate
• Promoting the home within the local community in order to maintain high occupancy levels
• Ensuring the management and overseeing of all safeguarding, infection control and health & safety practices

To be successful, you will have:

• Possess the Level 5 Leadership and Management qualification, or equivilant
• Proven leadership and people management experience
• Confidence managing budgets and financial performance
• A compassionate, professional and values-led leadership style

Job Type:

• Full time - 40 hrs per week

Pay:

• From £47,500 per year
