Clear Point Therapy is expanding to Tallahassee, and we’re looking for a Florida registered intern therapist to join our team. We want someone who takes time to understand the person behind the symptoms and is ready to grow their skills while providing quality care.

In this role, you’ll work with clients seeking support for concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. You’ll have the opportunity to develop your clinical approach as part of a growing practice.

What you’ll do

• Provide individual therapy within your training, registration, and supervision requirements
• Complete assessments, treatment plans, and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with your qualified supervisor and the Clear Point Therapy team
• Communicate with clients in a warm, professional, and respectful way

What we’re looking for

• Active Florida registration as a Registered Clinical Social Worker Intern, Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern, or Registered Marriage and Family Therapy Intern
• A master’s degree in the applicable field
• A Board-approved qualified supervisor in place before providing services
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical judgment
• An interest in providing culturally responsive care to people with varied backgrounds and experiences

Experience with trauma, couples, children, teens, or families is welcome, but you do not need to specialize in every area.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
