Registered Kinesiologist

We're Hiring: Kinesiologist – Be the Leader of Active Rehab

Surrey, BC | On-Site at 3 Clinics
Full-Time or Part-Time
Start with Mentorship, Grow into Leadership | Work Across a Full Spectrum of Rehab

Step Into a Career Where You Drive Real Change for Real Clients

At Pure Life Physio, we believe Kinesiologists are central to modern rehab care — and we’ve built our model to prove it.

You won’t just get your own KIN caseload — you’ll collaborate directly on Physiotherapy-led cases, from post-surgical recovery to concussions, vestibular rehab, and functional conditioning. If you're excited to learn, lead, and lift people up, you're in the right place.

Whether you’re new to the field or experienced but seeking more variety and challenge, our mentorship-first environment ensures you gain exposure to complex, meaningful client journeys.

Why This Role Is Unique:

Wide Range of Client Cases
Get hands-on experience across ortho, neuro, vestibular, chronic pain, sport injuries, and post-op clients — no cookie-cutter days here.

1-on-1 Mentorship & Weekly Case Rounds
You’ll learn from experienced clinicians and grow fast through structured support and collaboration.

Work Side-by-Side with Physios
Co-manage real caseloads, assist in advanced rehab programs, and become a valued part of a care team—not just an exercise tech.

Use the Latest Digital Rehab Tools
We leverage modern assessment and outcome-tracking platforms to drive care decisions and empower our clients — you'll get hands-on experience with tools most clinics don’t offer.

Upskill with Confidence
Didn’t get extensive rehab training in school? No problem. We’ll train you, step by step, to become a confident, in-demand rehab professional.

What We’re Looking For:

Kinesiology Degree + BCAK Registered
Driven to Learn – You want exposure to many case types and enjoy seeing real patient results.
Team-Oriented – You thrive in collaborative environments and love contributing to bigger-picture outcomes.
Client-Focused – You want to make a difference, not just run checklists.
Open to Growth – You’re coachable and motivated to evolve into an expert.

What You’ll Do:

• Design and deliver active rehab programs for a mix of your own KIN clients and shared physio cases
• Guide clients through gym-based recovery, injury prevention, and functional return
• Track progress, communicate with the care team, and adapt plans for maximum outcomes
• Empower patients through education and engagement every step of the way

Compensation & Perks:

• Guaranteed Base Pay: Starting at $18.25 + $7 per consult.
• Commission-Based Growth: Earn up to $35+/hr. based on client engagement and caseload
• Access to Rehab Gym, Clinical Tools, and Team Support
• Opportunities to Advance into Mentorship, Program Design, or Management Roles

Ready to Join a Team That Believes in Your Potential?

We’re looking for energetic, curious, client-focused Kinesiologists who are excited to work with diverse cases, learn rapidly, and lead recovery with confidence.

Apply now — and let’s build the future of rehab, together.
