Make an Impact. Inspire Growth. Create Possibilities.

Are you passionate about helping children reach their full potential? Cusps and Capabilities is looking for caring, reliable, and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Registered Line Technicians (RLTs).

In this role, you’ll work directly with children with autism, supporting their development through individualized, evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. You’ll help children strengthen communication, learn new skills, build independence, and make meaningful progress toward their personal goals.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in clinic, home, school, and community environments.
  • Follow individualized Behavior Treatment Plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), with ongoing supervision and support.
  • Use play, engaging activities, and positive teaching techniques to encourage learning and skill development.
  • Record and maintain accurate, timely data to track client progress.
  • Work collaboratively with BCBAs, families, coworkers, and other professionals involved in each client's care.
  • Teach and reinforce communication, social interaction, appropriate behaviors, and everyday living skills.
  • Deliver respectful, compassionate, and individualized care while recognizing and celebrating each client's achievements.

We're seeking individuals who are:

  • Passionate about working with children and helping them reach their goals.
  • Patient, empathetic, adaptable, and encouraging.
  • Strong communicators who value teamwork and collaboration.
  • Able to problem-solve, think critically, and respond professionally to changing needs.
  • Dependable, responsible, and dedicated to ethical, high-quality services.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Human Services, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Experience working with children is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Previous ABA experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive paid training.
  • Ability to successfully pass a background check.
  • Valid driver's license and dependable personal transportation.
