Registered Line Technician / Registered Behavior Technician

RLT/RBT – School‑Based ABA Technician (Youngsville & Milton)

Schedule (Must have availability for this shift)

• Afternoon Shift: 11:30AM – 3:30 PM (approx. 20 hrs/week)

Applicants must have Monday–Friday availability for one full shift.

Location: Youngsville & Milton Elementary Areas

Position Overview

Provide behavioral and independence‑building support for a student in a school setting. Work collaboratively with teachers and implement ABA programming designed by the supervising BCBA.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA strategies and behavior‑support plans
• Support student during transitions, specials, recess, and lunch
• Collect behavior and skill‑acquisition data
• Follow school expectations and safety procedures
• Communicate professionally with teachers and SPED staff
• Maintain confidentiality (FERPA/HIPAA)

Preferred Experience

• School‑based ABA experience
• Strong behavior‑support skills
• Ability to follow structured routines and fade prompts appropriately

Requirements

• Active RLT or RBT (or ability to obtain RLT quickly)
• Reliable transportation to Youngsville/Milton
• Monday–Friday availability for one full shift
• Professional communication skills

Compensation & Benefits

• $17–22/hr, based on credential + school experience
• Drive time compensation
• Ongoing BCBA supervision
