About the Role

We are recruiting an experienced Registered Manager to lead a well‑established children’s home in Warrington. The home benefits from a stable staff team, clear routines, and a strong therapeutic ethos, now requiring a leader who can build on these foundations and drive the service forward.

This is an ideal role for a confident leader who enjoys developing people, strengthening culture, and delivering exceptional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead an established EBD home with embedded practice
• Strengthen team performance, consistency, and culture
• Maintain high‑quality safeguarding and compliance standards
• Drive continuous improvement and long‑term development
• Work closely with senior leadership to shape service direction

What We’re Looking For

• Experienced Registered Manager or standout Deputy Manager
• Strong knowledge of Ofsted frameworks and Children’s Homes Regulations
• Confident, values‑driven leadership style
• Ability to inspire teams and embed trauma‑informed practice

Salary & Benefits
