Are you an experienced care leader ready to take the next step and make a real impact?

Complex Care Professionals is looking for an energetic, ambitious and inspirational Registered Manager to lead our Tameside service and play a key role in shaping the continued growth of our business.

This is more than a day-to-day management role. You’ll have real ownership — leading our office and care teams, driving quality, ensuring CQC compliance and helping shape the future direction of the service.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead and motivate a team to deliver exceptional, person-centred care
• Take ownership of quality, compliance and CQC requirements
• Oversee staffing, rotas, recruitment, training and performance
• Drive continuous improvement through KPIs, processes and effective systems
• Build strong relationships with clients, families, professionals and external stakeholders
• Work alongside the senior management team to deliver business objectives and support growth
• Be a visible, confident leader and the professional face of Complex Care Professionals

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone who is people-focused, commercially aware and genuinely passionate about high-quality care. You’ll need proven management experience, strong leadership skills and experience with care planning and rotas.

A recognised management qualification such as NVQ Level 5, or a relevant nursing/social work qualification, is desirable. Candidates who have not yet achieved this may still be considered depending on their experience.

Pay: £37,500.00-£40,500.00 per year
