An exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager to join an established and successful service.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to take responsibility for the leadership and day-to-day management of an established, person-centred social care service supporting individuals with complex care needs.

The service is in a strong position, with an experienced team and positive recent inspection feedback. This is an excellent opportunity for a manager who wants to build on existing good practice, develop a strong team and bring their own ideas and leadership style to the role.

About the Role

As Registered Manager, you will have responsibility for ensuring the service continues to provide high-quality, person-centred care while maintaining strong standards of quality, compliance and governance.

You will be supported by an experienced senior leadership team and will have the opportunity to work closely with the people supported, their families and a wider network of professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing positive, approachable leadership to an established care team.
• Overseeing the day-to-day management and operation of the service.
• Maintaining high standards of quality, compliance and person-centred care.
• Ensuring the service continues to meet regulatory and legislative requirements.
• Supporting and developing staff through effective supervision, coaching and performance management.
• Building strong relationships with the people supported, families, professionals and external stakeholders.
• Ensuring care plans, risk assessments and safeguarding processes are maintained to a high standard.
• Monitoring service quality and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Encouraging staff to bring new ideas and develop best practice.
• Supporting the continued development of independence, choice and positive outcomes for the people supported.
• Working alongside the wider management team to ensure the service continues to progress.

About You

We are looking for a motivated and values-led manager who is passionate about delivering high-quality social care.

You will ideally have:

• Previous experience working within a regulated social care environment.
• Experience in a Registered Manager or senior management position.
• Strong knowledge of quality, compliance, safeguarding and good governance.
• Experience supporting individuals with complex care needs.
• Excellent leadership and people-management skills.
• The ability to build positive relationships with staff, families and professionals.
• A person-centred approach and genuine commitment to improving people's lives.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• A relevant Level 5 Management qualification, or willingness to work towards one.
