Nursing Home Manager

Location: Middlesbrough

Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 + Bonus

An established care home in Middlesbrough is looking to appoint a strong, hands-on Home Manager to improve performance and grow occupancy.

Key Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of the home
• Improve performance and increase occupancy
• Manage complex care services to a high standard
• Provide strong, visible operational leadership
• Maintain high standards of care and resident experience
• Build positive relationships with commissioners, residents, relatives and staff
• Ensure the home remains compliant with regulatory and organisational requirements

About You

• A demonstrable track record of increasing occupancy
• Experience managing complex care services, ideally including nursing or mental health provision
• Strong operational leadership and a clear focus on quality of care
• Hands-on, driven and willing to take ownership of a service
• Strong communication and people management skills
