Why join Culina Roc?
We believe children's residential care should feel like a true home from home - built on unconditional positive regard, emotional security, and ambitious futures. We don't believe in managing young people through rigid rules and control; we lead through connection before correction, using trauma-informed PACE principles (Playfulness, Acceptance, Curiosity, Empathy).
As a Registered Manager with Culina Roc, you'll never feel isolated on an island. Our Directors and Responsible Individual maintain a proactive, supportive presence across our homes, ensuring you have the resources, staffing budgets, and executive backing to lead with confidence. We celebrate longevity, invest heavily in internal progression, and ensure our managers are rewarded for care quality, compliance, and team stability.
About Our Home: Swinton
Located in a residential community in Swinton, close to Victoria Park, the home is an attractive, detached four-bedroom property with modern interiors and large wrap-around mature gardens (complete with an AstroTurf play area).

Inside, the service features two comfortable lounges, a dining room, a modern kitchen, a private manager's office, and dedicated staff sleep-in facilities.
The home currently supports two local young people who have lived here long-term, are settled in school, and enjoy regular activity weekends, cinema trips, and holidays away. It is a calm, joyful, and purposeful living environment.

- Operational & Budgetary Oversight: Managing the home's devolved budget, staffing rotas, and health and safety governance with full administrative backing.
