We're looking for a leader who can inspire a team, drive quality, and make a genuine difference to the lives of the people we support at Blossom View Respite home in Sheffield, Which is a 10 bedroom respite service which supports people with physical and Learning disabilities

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced social care professional to take ownership of a service supporting adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, autism, and complex needs.

What You'll Do

Lead and motivate a dedicated team

Drive exceptional person-centred support

Ensure CQC compliance and quality standards are maintained

Promote a positive, values-led culture

Develop and coach staff to achieve their potential

Manage safeguarding, quality, and service performance

Build strong relationships with families, professionals, and stakeholders

What You'll Bring

• Experience in a management role within adult social care
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and safeguarding
• Excellent leadership and people management skills
• Passion for delivering high-quality outcomes
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Adult Care (or willingness to work towards)
• A commitment to continuous improvement and developing others
