Registered Care Home Manager – Dementia Care
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Care Home Manager to lead our dementia care home, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care that promotes residents’ dignity, independence and wellbeing.
The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, lead and develop the staff team, maintain compliance with the relevant care regulator, and manage safeguarding, care planning, budgets and occupancy. They will also build effective relationships with residents, families and healthcare professionals.
Applicants should demonstrate proven care management experience, a strong understanding of dementia care, excellent leadership and communication skills, and relevant management qualifications.
Pay: Up to £42,000.00 per year
