What they need
Registered Manager – 16+ Supported Living
Location: Canterbury (CT1)
We're looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead our small, friendly supported living service for young people aged 16+. You'll know how to keep things running smoothly, support the team well, and make sure our young people feel safe and looked after — all while meeting Ofsted and regulatory standards.
What we're looking for:
- NVQ Level 5 in Leadership for Health & Social Care (Children & Young People)
- At least 2 years' experience managing in children's social care
- Good knowledge of supported living and children's services regulations
- Someone caring, reliable, and keen to make a real difference
