At New Era Residence, we provide specialist residential care for Young People aged 16-25 with Learning Disabilities, Autism and Mental Health needs, creating safe, welcoming environments where people can develop independence, achieve their goals and live meaningful lives.

We’re looking for an experienced CQC Registered Manager who shares our ambition to deliver outstanding care.

The Role

You’ll have overall responsibility for the leadership, quality, compliance and operational performance of your service.

You’ll:

• Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing care team.
• Maintain strong CQC compliance while driving towards Outstanding.
• Champion person-centred care, independence, dignity and choice.
• Drive safeguarding, quality assurance and continuous improvement.
• Build strong relationships with families, commissioners and professionals.
• Manage staffing, budgets and operational performance.
• Support occupancy growth and the continued development of the service.
• Create a culture where both colleagues and the people we support can thrive.

About You

You must have previously held CQC Registered Manager registration and have proven experience leading a regulated care service.

You’ll ideally have:

• Previous experience as a CQC Registered Manager.
• Experience in Learning Disability, Autism and/or Mental Health services.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding and health & social care legislation.
• Proven experience leading teams and improving service quality.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisational, financial and operational management skills.
• Level 5 Leadership & Management qualification, or willingness to achieve it.
• A genuine passion for delivering Outstanding care.
