Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality massage therapy treatments tailored to individual client needs, utilizing various techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, sports, or therapeutic massage.
• Conduct thorough client assessments to understand their health history, current concerns, and treatment goals.
• Maintain detailed and accurate client records, including treatment notes and progress reports.
• Educate clients on self-care practices and recommend appropriate follow-up treatments or lifestyle adjustments.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment environment in compliance with health regulations and clinic policies.
• Communicate clearly with clients about their treatment plans, expectations, and aftercare instructions.
• Stay current with industry best practices, new techniques, and continuing education requirements to enhance your skills.

Qualifications

• Registered and in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO)
• Professional liability insurance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for providing exceptional patient care
• New graduates are welcome to apply

Responsibilities

• Assess clients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide safe, effective, evidence-informed massage therapy treatments
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records
• Educate clients on home care, stretching, and injury prevention
• Maintain professional and ethical standards in accordance with the CMTO
