At Driftwood Sport & Wellness, we believe exceptional care starts with exceptional people. We're looking for a passionate, patient-focused Registered Massage Therapist to join our growing multidisciplinary team in Colwood (Royal Bay) and Langford, BC.

Whether you're an experienced RMT or a new graduate, you'll have the opportunity to build a thriving practice while working alongside physiotherapists, chiropractors, kinesiologists, and other healthcare professionals who value collaboration, education, and evidence-informed care.

What You'll Do

As a Registered Massage Therapist at Driftwood, you'll:

• Provide individualized, evidence-informed massage therapy treatments tailored to each patient's goals and needs.
• Assess, treat, and develop personalized treatment plans for a wide variety of conditions, including sports injuries, chronic pain, postural dysfunction, and everyday aches and pains.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, self-management strategies, stretching, and home care to support long-term results.
• Collaborate closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive, patient-centred care.
• Maintain accurate and professional clinical documentation in accordance with CCHPBC standards.
• Create a welcoming, supportive environment where patients feel comfortable, heard, and empowered throughout their recovery.

• Registered and in good standing with the College of Complementary Health Professionals of BC (CCHPBC).
• Passionate about helping people improve their health, movement, and quality of life.
• An excellent communicator who builds strong relationships with patients.

• Motivated, organized, and committed to providing an exceptional patient experience.
• Interested in continuing education and ongoing professional growth.

Pay: $80,000.00-$130,000.00 per year
