Registered Massage Therapist

Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough client assessments to understand individual needs and develop personalized massage treatment plans
• Perform professional massage therapy sessions using various techniques tailored to client requirements
• Maintain accurate and detailed treatment records in compliance with licensing and regulatory standards
• Educate clients on self-care practices and recommend appropriate follow-up treatments or referrals when necessary
• Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all clients by adhering to sanitation and safety protocols
• Communicate effectively with clients to ensure comfort, address concerns, and enhance their overall experience
• Stay current with industry best practices, new techniques, and continuing education requirements to maintain licensure

Experience

• Valid registration and licensure as a Massage Therapist in accordance with state regulations
• Prior experience providing therapeutic massage services is preferred but not required; training will be provided for new graduates
• Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to health assessments and treatment planning
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with diverse clients
• Excellent communication skills to effectively explain procedures and address client questions or concerns

Pay: $39.67-$79.99 per hour
