Responsibilities

• Assess clients' health histories and discuss their wellness goals to develop effective treatment plans.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment environment in compliance with health and safety standards.
• Communicate clearly with clients about their treatment process, benefits, and aftercare instructions to ensure satisfaction and understanding.
• Keep detailed records of each session, including client progress and treatment notes, respecting confidentiality at all times.
• Stay updated on the latest massage therapy techniques, industry standards, and best practices through ongoing education.
• Collaborate with other health professionals when necessary to support comprehensive client care.

Requirements

• Valid registration and licensing as a Massage Therapist from an accredited regulatory body.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology relevant to health assessments and treatment planning.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and foster trust with clients.
• Exceptional communication skills to clearly explain procedures, address client concerns, and provide guidance on wellness practices.
• Prior experience in a clinical or spa setting is preferred but not mandatory; a passion for helping others is essential.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends to accommodate client schedules.
• A commitment to maintaining professional standards of hygiene, confidentiality, and ethical practice.
