Responsibilities

• Deliver customized massage therapy treatments based on client needs and health history
• Assess clients’ physical conditions and develop personalized treatment plans
• Maintain detailed and accurate client records, including treatment notes and progress reports
• Educate clients on self-care techniques and post-treatment recommendations
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of treatment areas in compliance with health regulations
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their concerns and provide exceptional customer service
• Stay current with industry best practices, new techniques, and continuing education requirements

Requirements

• Valid registration and licensing as a Massage Therapist with the appropriate regulatory body
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to musculoskeletal health and treatment planning
• Excellent communication skills to clearly explain procedures and build rapport with clients
• Proven customer service skills with a friendly, empathetic approach
• Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism in a team environment
• Prior experience in massage therapy or related health fields is preferred but not mandatory
• Must adhere to all health and safety standards, including sanitation protocols

Pay: $38.95-$101.47 per hour
