Registered Massage Therapist

Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will provide therapeutic massage services to clients, promoting relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being. This role requires a professional who is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer care in a welcoming environment. The Registered Massage Therapist will work closely with clients to develop personalized treatment plans and ensure a positive experience with each visit.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional massage therapy treatments tailored to individual client needs, including therapeutic, relaxation, and injury rehabilitation techniques
• Assess clients’ conditions and discuss treatment goals to develop customized therapy plans
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records of treatments provided and progress notes
• Educate clients on self-care techniques and recommend appropriate follow-up treatments or referrals if necessary
• Stay current with industry best practices, new techniques, and continuing education requirements
• Provide excellent customer service by creating a welcoming environment and addressing client questions or concerns

Experience

• Valid licensure as a Registered Massage Therapist in accordance with state regulations
• Knowledge of medical terminology related to musculoskeletal health and massage therapy practices
• Prior experience working with diverse client populations preferred but not required; training will be provided for new graduates
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
• Demonstrated ability to deliver compassionate care while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality

Pay: $10,000.00-$15,000.00 per month
