Registered Massage Therapist

Overview

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our team. This position is primarily for evening and weekend hours, with some flexibility in scheduling based on clinic needs and therapist availability.

As a Massage Therapist, you will play a vital role in enhancing the well-being of our clients through therapeutic massage.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of massage techniques tailored to individual client needs, including relaxation, deep tissue, and sports massage.
• Assess clients' physical conditions and discuss their specific needs to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate client records, including treatment notes and progress reports.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding their treatment options and aftercare advice.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the treatment area and equipment.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in massage therapy practices.
• Collaborate with other health professionals as needed to provide comprehensive care.

Requirements

• Valid provincial registration, license, or certification in massage therapy.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain techniques and procedures clearly.
• Proven customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Commitment to maintaining professional standards and ethical practices in all interactions.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.

Pay: $61,107.56-$131,006.99 per year
