Responsibilities

• Assess clients’ conditions by reviewing medical histories and understanding their specific concerns
• Communicate clearly with clients to explain treatment procedures, answer questions, and provide post-treatment advice
• Maintain accurate and detailed treatment records in compliance with licensing regulations
• Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all clients by adhering to sanitation standards and clinic protocols
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals when necessary to optimize client care plans
• Stay current with industry best practices, new techniques, and continuing education requirements

Qualifications

• Valid registration and licensing as a Massage Therapist from the appropriate regulatory body
• Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to massage therapy and client health assessments
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect empathetically with clients
• Excellent communication skills for explaining treatments clearly and building trust
• Prior experience in a clinical or wellness setting is preferred but not mandatory; training provided for new graduates
• Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail
