We blend skilled manual therapy with an evidence-based approach to active recovery using the Peloton Lab - our private studio featuring Peloton’s AI-assisted movement technology. Clients transition from hands-on treatment to guided stretch, strength, and recovery work… without ever leaving the clinic.

Your Role

• Provide personalized, hands-on massage therapy with a focus on results.
• Integrate active recovery when appropriate (we train you fully - no prior experience required).
• Deliver a VIP-level client experience from start to finish.
• Maintain a tidy, organized and calming treatment environment.
• Be part of a clinic where exceptional care fuels a growing client base – creating an experience patients rave about and driving repeat visits, your success and growth.

What We’re Looking For

• Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with the CMTO.
• Strong communication and client-care skills.
• A genuine interest in modern treatment methods and helping patients live pain free.
• Someone who values privacy, quality and a slower, more intentional pace of care.
• Independent, self-driven and excited to build a loyal caseload.

You may currently be working from home, in a spa, or in a busy clinic where you don’t get the time or environment you need to provide exceptional care and grow your client base. You want a more elevated space, more autonomy and clients who appreciate premium service.
