Duties

• Deliver high-quality massage therapy treatments tailored to each client's needs, utilizing various techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, sports, or trigger point therapy
• Conduct thorough client assessments to understand their health concerns and develop customized treatment plans
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment space in accordance with health and safety standards
• Educate clients on post-treatment care, stretching exercises, and wellness practices to support ongoing health goals
• Manage appointment scheduling efficiently to maximize client flow and minimize wait times
• Keep detailed and confidential client records of treatments provided and progress notes
• Communicate clearly with clients about their treatment options, expected outcomes, and answer any questions professionally

Requirements

• Valid registration and licensing as a Massage Therapist with the appropriate regulatory body
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to health and wellness treatments
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with clients empathetically and professionally
• Effective communication skills to explain procedures clearly and listen attentively to client concerns
• Prior experience in a clinical or spa setting is preferred but not mandatory; a passion for helping others is essential
• Ability to work independently while maintaining a team-oriented attitude

Pay: $80.00-$100.00 per hour
