• Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable treatment environment adhering to all health and safety standards
• Communicate clearly with clients about treatment plans, techniques used, and expected outcomes
• Stay current with industry best practices, new techniques, and continuing education requirements

Qualifications

• Valid registration and licensing as a Massage Therapist with the appropriate regulatory body
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to health and wellness
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect empathetically with clients
• Superior communication skills to effectively explain treatments and address client concerns
• Proven ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism in a team setting
• Prior experience in a clinical or wellness environment is preferred but not mandatory
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to all regulatory standards
