Duties

• Assess clients’ conditions and medical histories to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Maintain clear communication with clients before, during, and after sessions to ensure comfort and address any concerns.
• Educate clients on self-care practices and recommend follow-up treatments when appropriate.
• Uphold strict hygiene standards and adhere to safety protocols in all treatment areas.
• Keep accurate records of client treatments, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with other health professionals when necessary to support comprehensive client care.

Qualifications

• Valid registration as a Massage Therapist with the appropriate licensing or certification body in your region.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to musculoskeletal health and therapy practices.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect empathetically with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Effective communication skills to clearly explain treatment procedures and address client questions or concerns.
• Prior experience in a clinical or spa setting is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for ongoing learning is valued.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.

Pay: $70.00-$80.00 per hour
