Registered Massage Therapist

We are looking for motivated and compassionate Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs), to join our growing multidisciplinary healthcare clinic .

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and provide individualized, evidence-informed treatment based on each patient's needs and goals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments within your professional scope of practice.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient goals.
• Provide safe, effective, and evidence-informed treatments.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
• Educate patients on rehabilitation, home care, injury prevention, and self-management strategies.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Communicate professionally with patients and other healthcare providers when appropriate.
• Build positive, long-term relationships with patients.
• Follow applicable professional, privacy, health, safety, and infection-control standards.
• Maintain professional standards and practice within your applicable scope of practice.
• Contribute to a collaborative and respectful multidisciplinary clinic environment.

Registered Massage Therapist (RMT)

• Current registration and good standing with CCHPBC.
• Strong knowledge of therapeutic massage and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Experience treating a diverse patient population is an asset.
• New graduates are welcome to apply.

This is an Independent Contractor position, not an employee position.

Practitioners are responsible for maintaining their own professional registration, liability insurance, and other requirements applicable to independent practice.

Compensation and clinic arrangements will be discussed based on the practitioner's experience, schedule, and scope of practice.
