Registered Massage Therapist

Move RX Performance & Wellness | Kelowna, BC

Move RX is growing. We're looking for an experienced Registered Massage Therapist who wants more than a typical "relaxation clinic" environment.

This is a performance-focused, rehab-driven clinic built for active adults, athletes, and high-performing individuals who want real results.

You'll be working alongside a strong multidisciplinary team including Chiropractors, Massage Therapists, Osteopaths, Kinesiologists, and Coaches in a clinic that actually integrates care.

What Makes This Different

• Treatment model focused on outcomes, not volume
• Fully equipped rehab space (and yes, it gets used)
• Collaborative environment with high-level practitioners
• Patients who value movement, strength, and long-term results

What We're Looking For

• Registered Massage Therapist (in good standing in BC)
• Confident working with active populations and injuries
• Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
• Professional, motivated, and team-oriented
• Someone who takes ownership

What We Offer

• Independent contractor split or flat-rate room rental
• Admin support (virtual front desk)
• JaneApp EHR + direct billing + website presence
• Clinic supplies, laundry, and utilities included
• Marketing support + strong referral network
