Registered Massage Therapist

NOTE: Most patients will be from a sports background. Exercise programming and certifications are highly recommended. This clinic is located inside of a well known fitness brand and has the ability to grow quickly.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized massage therapy treatments tailored to each client’s needs, including therapeutic, relaxation, and injury rehabilitation techniques
• Conduct thorough client assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans and discuss health history and goals
• Maintain accurate and detailed treatment records in compliance with licensing standards and clinic policies
• Educate clients on self-care practices and post-treatment recommendations to enhance ongoing wellness
• Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable treatment environment by adhering to sanitation protocols and safety guidelines
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their concerns, explain procedures, and answer questions clearly
• Stay current with industry best practices, new techniques, and continuing education requirements to uphold professional standards

Skills

• Strong knowledge of medical terminology relevant to massage therapy and client health histories
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and foster trust with diverse clients
• Outstanding communication skills to clearly explain treatments, listen actively, and provide empathetic support
• Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated commitment to ongoing learning through professional development opportunities

Pay: $75.00-$130.00 per hour
