Responsibilities

• Perform professional massage therapy sessions tailored to each client’s needs, utilizing various techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, or sports massage.
• Assess clients’ health history and discuss their wellness goals to develop effective treatment plans.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment environment in compliance with health regulations and industry standards.
• Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend exercises or lifestyle adjustments when appropriate.
• Document client progress and treatment details accurately in accordance with privacy policies.
• Communicate clearly with clients to ensure comfort, answer questions, and build lasting relationships.
• Stay current with industry best practices, new techniques, and continuing education requirements to enhance your skills.

Requirements

• Valid registration and licensing as a Massage Therapist in accordance with local regulatory bodies.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology relevant to health assessments and treatment planning.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Proven customer service experience with a positive attitude and empathetic approach.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
