Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough client consultations to understand their concerns, medical history, and treatment preferences
• Maintain detailed and accurate client records, including treatment notes and progress reports
• Educate clients on self-care techniques and recommend appropriate follow-up treatments or lifestyle adjustments
• Uphold all health and safety standards, including proper sanitation and hygiene practices in compliance with regulatory guidelines
• Communicate clearly with clients to ensure they feel comfortable, informed, and valued throughout their experience
• Stay current with industry best practices, new techniques, and continuing education opportunities to enhance your skills

Qualifications

• Valid registration as a Massage Therapist with the appropriate licensing or regulatory body in your region
• Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to massage therapy and client health conditions
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect empathetically with diverse clients
• Excellent communication skills for effective consultation and client education
• Prior experience in a clinical or spa setting is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential
• Ability to work independently while also contributing positively to a team environment

Pay: $80,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
