We are seeking a team oriented clinician looking to build and establish their massage therapy practice.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand individual health concerns and treatment needs
• Develop customized massage therapy plans utilizing techniques such as deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy
• Perform various massage modalities aimed at pain management, stress reduction, and improving mobility
• Educate clients on post-treatment care, self-care strategies, and occupational health practices
• Maintain detailed records of treatments provided, patient progress, and treatment outcomes
• Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all clients in compliance with health regulations
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care when necessary

Skills

• Strong patient service skills with a focus on compassionate communication and active listening
• Proficiency in patient assessment to tailor treatments effectively
• Expertise in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and other advanced techniques for pain relief
• Solid understanding of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy
• Knowledge of occupational health principles to support workplace wellness programs
• Prior experience in similar environments is highly desirable
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build trusting relationships with clients

Pay: $60.00-$80.00 per hour
