Responsibilities

• Perform professional massage therapy treatments tailored to individual client needs, including therapeutic, relaxation, and rehabilitative techniques
• Conduct client assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans and document progress accurately
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment environment in compliance with health and safety standards
• Educate clients on post-treatment care and wellness practices to enhance their overall health outcomes
• Schedule appointments efficiently and manage client records with confidentiality and professionalism
• Stay current with industry best practices, new techniques, and continuing education requirements
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring a positive experience during each visit

Requirements

• Valid licensure as a Registered Massage Therapist in accordance with state regulations
• Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to massage therapy and client health conditions
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients
• Excellent communication skills for explaining treatment procedures and listening attentively to client concerns
• Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail
• Prior experience in a clinical or spa setting is preferred but not required; training will be provided for specific protocols as needed
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards in all interactions

Pay: $65.00-$90.00 per hour
