Registered Mechanical Engineer

Ø  Plan and implement Periodic Maintenance of machine; daily, weekly, monthly and yearly.

Ø  Perform daily inspection and data gathering of machine.

Ø  Report unusual machine condition to the supervisor.

Ø  Identify root cause of the problems encountered on the machine.

Ø  Troubleshoot all problem (Minor and Major) and come up with the countermeasure to prevent recurrence.

Ø  Replace Major parts of the machine.

Ø  Assist external service provider in the inspection of machine.

Ø  Manage machine documentation and creation of standards in machine operation, maintenance and quality.

Ø  Assessment of data gathered in improving manufacturing processes through efficiency/quality improvement and cost reduction efforts

Ø  Perform evaluation and root cause and failure analysis on process and systems

Ø  Assist production operators and technician on defect correction through replacement of parts and process optimization
