Registered Mechanical Engineer

We are looking for a Technical Officer (Mechanical)/ Mechanical Engineer to be assigned in Sta. Cruz.

Role Overview:

Provide direct technical support for the promotion of brands under Ventilation and other mechanical-related products to help in developing and increasing business opportunities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, plan, draw, lay out and/or program the products for mechanical/hydration requirements using CAD and other related software.
• Provide Bill of Materials on mechanical designs.
• Attend/perform product consultations for mechanical products.
• Conduct visitations upon request of sales groups to assess the technical requirements of customers.
• Offer the right products based on customer requirements.
• Conduct technical product presentations to customers to promote and specify all mechanical-related products.
• Supervise project installations, assembly (if applicable), testing and commissioning related to mechanical products (either at the customer or within the company).
• Create mechanical costing for projects and installation.
• Check inventory for mechanical products when designing, offering products and during product consultation.

Perform in-house technical presentations for mechanical products.

• Conduct research and recommend potential products applicable or supplementary to the ventilation/mechanical product line. Submit quarterly report based on customer feedback, local purchase, requisition, etc.
• Review and evaluate product performance based on potential market, customer/market demand, competition, price, etc.
• Submit weekly/quarterly schedule of client visitations and activities and reports.

Qualifications:

• College Graduate and Registered Mechanical Engineer
• Familiar with Auto CAD, Microsoft applications, solid works, design tools
• Technical Skills: Ventilation design, Indoor Air Quality, site assessment and site visits.
• Soft Skills: Willing to be trained and has the practical application and knowledge on electrical and mechanical drawings
• Safety training or other relevant safety certifications
• Relevant experience as a Mechanical Engineer in a construction industry
