Responsibilities:

• Medication Administration: Administer prescribed medications and treatments as per resident care plans.
• Direct Resident Care: Assist with daily living activities and personal care, offering physical, emotional, and psychological support.
• Memory Care: Engage with cognitively impaired residents, providing redirection and appropriate activities to enhance their well-being.
• Safety & Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for residents.
• Collaboration: Work closely with family members and other healthcare professionals to provide the best care possible.
• Meal Assistance: Help with meal service and cleanup as needed.

Skills & Experience for Success:

• Registered Medication Aide Certification (Required)
• Nurse Aide Certification (Required)
• Memory Care Experience (Preferred)
• CPR Certification and First Aid (Required - we offer free training)
• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to interact effectively with residents, family members, and the team.
